- To achieve Sales Target.
- Area sales & marketing.
- Building good relations with customers.
- Companies corporate image buildup at local area.
- Product promotion at corp. Office, university, school, college, shopping mall, market and others.
- To look after Advertisement & direct sales, product promotion activities.
- Must be honest and intelligent.
- Par day target accept mentality.
- Daily program-wise Prospective visit.
- Prepare and Submit Daily Works Report to superior.
- Routine effective follow-up.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Any assignment put by the management.
- Job Nature: Full-time/ Part Time.
Additional Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience at reputed real estate company in marketing & Sales department.
- Fluent in English & Bangla.
- Ready to work beyond office time.
- Should be pro-active, self-motivated,self-driven& excellent personality.
- Computer literacy is a must.
